1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high demand, processing time may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery time may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may vary depending on location and order value.
- Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
- You can use this tracking ID to check the status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, we are not responsible for delays or losses.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
- While we try our best to deliver on time, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us for support.

8. Returns
- Products can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of delivery provided all the product tags are intact, there are no damage or signs of usage on the product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All return/exchange requests have to be submitted online using this form (here) within 7 calendar days, and in case of manufacturing defects within 48 hours along with unboxing video. Submission of the form is the ONLY official way to file a return/exchange request.
- Store credits will be issued against returns upon receiving the product in the same condition, with a validity of 1 year. Please allow us 3 business days once the product is delivered back to us to process your return.
- Cash refunds can only be issued if the products are purchased on MRP, that is, without any offers/discounts/slashed pricing on them. Only exception to this is new user welcome discount.
- No returns/exchanges possible when products are purchased with store credits either partially or fully.
- Cash refunds for all manufacturing defects related returns if notified within 48 hours. Unpacking video is mandatory.
- No returns or exchanges for products purchased on B2G1 offer (or on discounts exceeding 30%), except for manufacturing defects.
- Minor variations in colour or textures do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
- Please note return shipping can be arranged by our logistics team, however, the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
- A processing charge of 2.5% will be deducted on all returns except in case of manufacturing defects.
- International orders are a final sale, and cannot be returned/exchanged.
All the above clauses will also apply when the bag returns back to us because customer is not available or not reachable to collect the order or if address or phone number is incorrect.
